Google reviewLike a high-end spa
The Innerlight Demfin Traditional Outdoor Sauna has honestly exceeded every expectation. The build quality feels solid, the heat is consistent, and the whole setup has this really calming, almost retreat-like vibe. The craftsmanship and the overall finish make it feel like something you'd find at a high-end spa. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Google reviewCouldn't be happier
We were looking for an outdoor sauna for a new pool area. We found Inner Light Saunas to be very accommodating and informative in their explanations of what options are available. They were easy to work with, very communicative and gave us expert treatment. We chose the 4 person option, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Google reviewHappy wife happy life
Very happy from time of sale, after sales follow through to installation. Good quality and sauna exactly what you expect. The two installers I had in Darsey and James were fantastic, great customer service and they know what they are doing, had the 5 person unit installed in around an hour. Again I think you can’t fault these guys.

Google reviewGame Changer
Since we installed our sauna we've used it minimum everyday. It's so spacious, easy to use and relaxing. Using it for muscle recovery as well as all the other benefits. We've never felt better! So glad we purchased innerlight, the delivery and customer service was amazing.

Google reviewFour or five times a week
We absolutely love our Demfin 6 Inner Light sauna, We are using it 4 or 5 times a week, the perfect way to switch off after work. Its quick to heat up, retains its heat well and is very comfortable. It also looks amazing in our backyard. Super happy with our purchase.

Google reviewFeeling amazing
We are so impressed with our 2 person outdoor infrared sauna and could not be happier. The overall feeling when you get out is just amazing, it’s hard to explain. Our skin is feeling better and overall health and wellbeing has improved. We use it if not every day, every second and having it in our backyard is incredible. It looks so beautiful too and makes our courtyard like a private health spa. Mark and Chloe were wonderful to deal with and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of Innerlight.

Call 1300 011 230Traditional or infrared: which should I choose?
Traditional (the Demfin range) heats the air with hot stones to 90 to 100°C, and you pour water for real steam: short, intense sessions of 15 to 20 minutes. Infrared (Bella, La Mar and Mali) warms you directly at up to 65 to 75°C, so it feels gentler and sessions run up to 45 minutes. Can't decide? The Demfin 6 Hybrid has both in one cabin, or come and sit in both at a showroom.
Are your outdoor saunas weatherproof?
Yes. Powder-coated aluminium cladding, tempered safety glass and sealed joints, built for year-round use outside. A cover is optional.
What do I put it on?
A hard, level base: concrete, decking or large pavers. Make sure it drains well and never sits in water. Grass isn't suitable long term.
Does it need a roof over it?
No. Each sauna has its own aluminium roof. A pergola or eave gives extra shelter but isn't needed.
How long does it take to heat up?
Infrared models are usually ready in 10 to 20 minutes.
How many people fit?
From two to six adults, depending on the model. Use the Seats filter at the top of the page, and each sauna's page lists its exact bench sizes.
What power do I need?
The La Mar 2 plugs into a dedicated 15 A power point, and the La Mar 4 and Bella Deluxe 3 into a dedicated 20 A power point. The Bella Deluxe 5 (25 A) and the Demfin range (32 A) are hardwired. A licensed electrician installs the circuit before delivery. Always confirm with your electrician before any work starts.
What maintenance does it need?
Very little. Wipe the benches and floor now and then, keep the door seals clean and the area around it dry. The aluminium outside never needs oiling or staining.
Is delivery free, and who installs it?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, metro or regional. Install it yourself with a few helpers using the manual, or add our installation for $750. Electrical work isn't included.
Do I need council approval?
No. Council approval isn't required.
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on the frame, heaters and electrics, for home use. Labour and shipping are covered for the first year, then parts only. Full warranty terms
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
If it's not right for you, return it to our warehouse within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the sauna price. It must be undamaged and working. You arrange the return, and installation isn't refundable. Guarantee terms
