The Innerlight Story
Hi, I'm Mark. Im the founder of Innerlight Sauna.
I'm a musician, part time hippy and sauna lover. The name Innerlight was actually inspired by a Beatles song. I'm a huge Beatles fan but even I didn't know the song. But the name caught my attention.
I also play music at Yoga retreats with my partner, so that was enough for me to know that the light within me, is the light within you!
I can't express how happy I am to have founded such a great company with a great range of products which make so many people happy, healthy and feel amazing. Including me. Yep, Of course I'm a regular sauna user and I absolutely love using it. I love how I feel before I hop in. I love how I feel while Im using it. And I love how I feel after each session. To be honest, constantly washing so many sweaty towels all the time is a bit of a pain. But that just how it goes!
The Innerlight Family
What I love most about the business it that I also get to work with my family. I recruited my niece Chloe back in 2023. Chloe was a stay at home mum looking for something to do from home, and I asked if she could help out as we were getting busier and busier, month by month. I honestly don't know how I managed without her for 18 months prior. Chloe now manages our customer service, logistics, deliveries, installations and much much more. She still also manages 2 small kids Isabella and Jordan. Quite frankly, I have no idea how she does it. She's an out and out superstar.
Then in mid 2024 along came my brother Wayne. Wayne has managed his own businesses for most of his life. As my best mate and go to confidant, I would discuss the very fast growing business of Innerlight with Wayne on a regular basis. After a while Wayne could see the massive growth Innerlight Sauna was experiencing as well is its amazing potential and asked to bring his lifetime of sales and business experience and join the family business. Wayne now works as our sales manager as well as brings a thousand new ideas to improve everything on a very regular basis. It's pretty hard to keep up with all his ideas, but we do our best to keep up. Wayne's our ideas man!
