Delivering and Setting up your Sauna
Before your Inner Light Sauna is delivered, it's important to make sure that you have measured the space where you plan to set it up, and that the necessary electrical requirements are in place. If you have any questions or concerns about the setup, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We're always happy to assist you in any way we can.
Your sauna will be delivered in flat packs, which will require at least two people to unpack all the panels. For larger units, you may need more than two people to help with the unpacking. If you don't have a safe, dry storage location, it's important to make sure you have a designated area ready to store the panels until you're ready to assemble the sauna.
Due to the size of each packaged panel, the courier will require assistance at your end to unload the packages. Please note that the courier will not carry the panels to the final destination, so it's important to arrange some able bodies to help with the unloading process.
Assembly is simple and should take about an hour.
If you prefer, you can also arrange to collect your sauna from our Sydney warehouse. However, it's important to note that pick up is strictly by appointment only. Please contact our customer service team to make arrangements for pick up.
