At InnerLight Sauna, we’re committed to making your sauna experience effortless — from the moment you order to the moment you step inside your first session. Whether you’re setting up a home sanctuary or a commercial recovery space, our delivery and installation process is designed to be simple, safe, and stress-free.

Delivery

Once your sauna is ready to ship, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

✔️ Australia-Wide Delivery
We deliver to all major cities and most regional areas across Australia. Remote locations may require additional time or cost, which we’ll always confirm upfront.

✔️ Curbside Delivery (Standard)
Our standard delivery includes transport of your sauna to the nearest safe location on your property (driveway, garage, or front door).
If you require assistance moving the sauna into position or up stairs, we can help arrange this through our network of delivery partners.

✔️ Packaging & Protection
Each sauna is carefully packed in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty cartons to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Please inspect your sauna on arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Installation

Your InnerLight Sauna has been designed for straightforward assembly — most models can be fully set up in 1–2 hours using basic tools.

✔️ Easy Assembly
All panels come pre-wired and interlock for a secure, tool-light installation. Step-by-step instructions and support videos are included to make setup clear and simple.

✔️ Electrical Requirements
Some models require a dedicated power point or hardwiring by a licensed electrician (typically 15 or 20 amp, depending on the model).
We recommend organising electrical work before delivery to ensure a smooth installation process.

✔️ Professional Installation (Optional)
If you prefer, we can coordinate professional assembly and electrical connection through one of our trusted local installers. Installation services vary by location — please contact our team for an exact quote.

Before Delivery

To make installation quick and easy, please ensure:

  • Your space is ready, with enough clearance for assembly and ventilation.

  • The surface is flat, solid, and level (concrete, tile, decking, or similar).

  • There’s clear access for the delivery team.

  • The correct power source has been organised by your electrician prior to installation.
