We warranty it accordingly, with coverage that honestly reflects the demands placed on each component.
Structure, frame & main components — 10 years All other components & parts — 10 years Internal infrared wiring & heating components — 4 years. In a hybrid sauna, infrared components operate in a significantly more demanding thermal environment due to the presence of the traditional heater. We warranty these components for 4 years, which accurately reflects the conditions they work in. We would rather be upfront about this than overpromise. Harvia traditional heater — 12 months, in line with Harvia's manufacturer warranty Speakers — 12 months Labour & shipping — 1 year, then parts-only

Labour & Service Policy
For the first 12 months, InnerLight covers labour and call-out costs for repairs due to manufacturing or material defects. After this period, coverage continues as parts-only, with full technical support and remote troubleshooting available.
What's Not Covered
Silicone Maintenance — Outdoor Models Owners are responsible for maintaining external silicone seals around windows and doors. Check the integrity of the silicone every 12 to 18 months and reapply outdoor-grade silicone if required. Failure to maintain these seals may lead to water ingress, which is not covered under warranty.
Water Damage & Drainage Damage caused by standing water, flooding, poor site drainage, or blocked drains is not covered. All saunas must be installed on a hard, level, well-drained surface. Damage caused by flooding, inadequate drainage, or improper installation is considered site-related and not a manufacturing defect.
General Wear & Tear Natural aging, fading, or weathering of timber and finishes from sunlight, humidity, or temperature variation.
Misuse or Neglect Damage from improper installation, electrical overloading, water exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.
Accidental Damage Cracked glass, dents, or impact damage from misuse.
Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications Any work carried out by non-approved technicians will void the warranty.
Self-Service Friendly Warranty
We design our saunas to be simple to maintain. For small fixes like replacing a heater panel, tightening fittings, or adjusting handles, we provide all required replacement parts, step-by-step instructions, and support videos or live assistance. If you are unable to perform a repair due to accessibility or mobility reasons, InnerLight can arrange technician support where possible.
Warranty Conditions
Start date: Coverage begins from the date of delivery or invoice, whichever occurs first. Proof of purchase: Required for all warranty claims.
