Indoor Sauna Warranty

For Home Use we offer: 6-Year parts replacement Warranty with a 12 Month Warranty on Labour.

For commercial use we offer a 12 months warranty on parts and labour.

Outdoor Sauna Warranty

For our Outdoor Saunas use we offer a 5-year warranty on all heaters and components and 3 year on the frame, provided that the sauna is covered when not in use, most of the time.

Note; The Sauna frame is designed for outdoor use, however, we strongly recommend the frame must be kept covered when not in use. Failure to do so may affect your warranty. We can provide a sauna cover.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur within the warranty period.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by rain, water, misuse, unauthorised repairs, modifications or wear and tear.

Heater Warranty:

We offer a generous 6-year warranty on all heaters, electrics and control panels which are included in our infrared saunas. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur within the first five years of your purchase. If you encounter any issues with the heaters during this period, simply contact our customer service team, and we will work diligently to resolve the problem promptly. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Labour Warranty:

In addition to the warranty on heaters, we provide a 1 year warranty on labour. This means that if you experience any issues related to the installation or functionality of your sauna within the first two years of purchase, we will cover the cost of labour for repairs or replacements as needed. Our skilled technicians are committed to ensuring that your sauna operates flawlessly and delivers the optimal wellness experience.

In many cases however, the faulty parts may be easily replaced by the customer with the manufacturers instructions which we will provide.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

To activate and maintain your warranty coverage, please retain your original proof of purchase. In the event that a warranty claim is required, kindly provide the proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue you are facing. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the warranty process and assist you in resolving any concerns.

Please note that the warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It covers residential use of the sauna and does not extend to saunas used for commercial or rental purposes.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from improper installation, accidents, or misuse. It is essential to follow the recommended operating and maintenance instructions provided with your sauna to ensure its optimal performance and longevity.
