Call 1300 011 230Traditional or infrared: which should I choose?
Traditional (the Demfin range) heats the air with hot stones to 90 to 100°C, and you pour water for real steam: short, intense sessions of 15 to 20 minutes. Infrared (Bella, La Mar and Mali) warms you directly at up to 65 to 75°C, so it feels gentler and sessions run up to 45 minutes. Can't decide? The Demfin 6 Hybrid has both in one cabin, or come and sit in both at a showroom.
Are your outdoor saunas weatherproof?
Yes. Powder-coated aluminium cladding, tempered safety glass and sealed joints, built for year-round use outside. A cover is optional.
What do I put it on?
A hard, level base: concrete, decking or large pavers. Make sure it drains well and never sits in water. Grass isn't suitable long term.
Does it need a roof over it?
No. Each sauna has its own aluminium roof. A pergola or eave gives extra shelter but isn't needed.
How long does it take to heat up?
Infrared models are usually ready in 10 to 20 minutes.
How many people fit?
From two to six adults, depending on the model. Use the Seats filter at the top of the page, and each sauna's page lists its exact bench sizes.
What power do I need?
The La Mar 2 plugs into a dedicated 15 A power point, and the La Mar 4 and Bella Deluxe 3 into a dedicated 20 A power point. The Bella Deluxe 5 (25 A) and the Demfin range (32 A) are hardwired. A licensed electrician installs the circuit before delivery. Always confirm with your electrician before any work starts.
What maintenance does it need?
Very little. Wipe the benches and floor now and then, keep the door seals clean and the area around it dry. The aluminium outside never needs oiling or staining.
Is delivery free, and who installs it?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, metro or regional. Install it yourself with a few helpers using the manual, or add our installation for $750. Electrical work isn't included.
Do I need council approval?
No. Council approval isn't required.
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on the frame, heaters and electrics, for home use. Labour and shipping are covered for the first year, then parts only. Full warranty terms
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
If it's not right for you, return it to our warehouse within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the sauna price. It must be undamaged and working. You arrange the return, and installation isn't refundable. Guarantee terms
