We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work.
Strongly recommend that you get the team to install it as some of the components are really bulky and heavy - which also reinforces the quality and durability. It took them about 2 hours and it needs 2-3 people to lift and position it safely. Great guys. Polite and hard working.
The Sauna itself is such a cool unit. The dark grey colour just oozes class and we love how quickly it heats up (around 20 minutes) and the quality of it inside. From the smell of cedar and the really well put together glass and wooden panels, the sound and light systems - all first class.
A bit clunky on the App but even seniors like us figured it out and Faraz set us up when he was here.
It’s a lot of money but we are so glad we did our research and landed on Innerlight. We could have gone cheaper but we are glad we went the extra step and got the 3 person. It feels luxurious and spacious. We are using it every day and it’s easy to explain to there who also are dead impressed!!

What power do I need?

How hot does it get?
Up to about 75°C. How hot it gets depends on the weather and where it sits. Infrared warms you directly rather than just the air, so it feels deep without being harsh. Switch it on from the app before you head out so it's ready.
How long is a session?
Up to 45 minutes. Infrared heat is gentler than a traditional sauna, so sessions run longer. Drink water before and after, and step out if you feel uncomfortable.
Is the EMF low?
Yes. The mica heaters are low-EMF, and EMF across the cabin has been tested below 1 mG.
What should it sit on?
A hard, level base such as concrete, decking or large pavers. It must be well drained and never sit in water.
Can it go indoors?
Yes. It works indoors or outdoors, and doesn't need any extra ventilation.
Do I need council approval?
No. Council approval isn't required.
What is the red light panel?

Is the deposit refundable?

How do I keep it looking new?
