I have no hesitation in recommending Innerlight Saunas. We’ve used ours nearly every day, and I’ve never seen my adult kids visit so often, though I do wish they’d bring their own towels! We absolutely love it. I was nervous about buying something so expensive online without seeing it in person, especially after looking at another brand that turned out to be much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Best investment I’ve ever made. I purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. The sauna is absolutely amazing, it looks beautiful both outside and in. The most significant aspect of my purchase is how much it helps lower my chronic pain and it doesn’t hurt that my skin is glowing. I love infrared heat as the ambient temperature is much more comfortable than a traditional sauna. The blue tooth speakers ( great quality) and 8 chromotherapy lights add an extra layer or relaxation- plus it has red light heat panels on the door. It also has a timer and will automatically turn itself off I can still easily read in the sauna light or simply stretch and do exercises or just sit and relax to the music. I’ve used it twice a day for 30 minutes since it’s arrived and I’m feeling great. I was very hesitant to purchase online from Sydney especially when I live In Melbourne. However they had great reviews and amazing prices. I could not find an outdoor Sauna at a better price. The quality of the wood and the workmanship is excellent. I spoke with Chloe who was very helpful in answering all my questions and discussed delivery and installation and I went ahead and purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. Great communication from both Mark and Chloe who followed up to make sure the delivery ran smoothly. It was delivered and assembled just a few weeks after purchase. I have used infra red saunas for a few years now but always at a health centre or a friend’s house. I always feel amazing afterwards so decided it was time to invest. After a fair bit of research I took the plunge and went with the Innerlight 2 person sauna. I have never written a review for any product in my life but the service, communication and the friendliness of the installers not to mention the quality of the sauna left me wanting to write this post. The sauna is solid, by this I mean when you go to open the door you can feel the weight of it and it smoothly glides open on the hinges. When you step in there is no creaking of the timber as the sauna takes your weight. The craftsmanship is excellent. I have been in others where the door feels flimsy and the whole sauna squeaks as you step in and sit down. It heated quickly, I kept it at 65C for 35 minutes and was absolutely drenched. The Bluetooth paired seamlessly with my iPhone. I don’t want to go on and on as this will end up sounding like a fake review but the sauna and the buying experience have exceeded my expectations. The sauna was delivered and installed inside a week from purchase. Thank you to Mark and the team and a special shout out to the installers who arrived at exactly the time promised, they were so polite and tidied up all the packaging and made sure everything was working properly. 10/10 guys. We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work. Strongly recommend that you get the team to install it as some of the components are really bulky and heavy - which also reinforces the quality and durability. It took them about 2 hours and it needs 2-3 people to lift and position it safely. Great guys. Polite and hard working. The Sauna itself is such a cool unit. The dark grey colour just oozes class and we love how quickly it heats up (around 20 minutes) and the quality of it inside. From the smell of cedar and the really well put together glass and wooden panels, the sound and light systems - all first class. A bit clunky on the App but even seniors like us figured it out and Faraz set us up when he was here. It’s a lot of money but we are so glad we did our research and landed on Innerlight. We could have gone cheaper but we are glad we went the extra step and got the 3 person. It feels luxurious and spacious. We are using it every day and it’s easy to explain to there who also are dead impressed!! Thanks everyone at Innerlight.

Got the 2 person full spectrum infrared and couldn't be happier. I'm a taller and bigger dude and have no problems with size etc. My wife and I use it daily between us (alternate days) and it's easy to operate and works so well. After playing with different temps and times we have landed on 65° for half an hour and it's a treat. I had hesitations about keeping it clean but sit on a towel and one at your feet and it's no problem at all. Family come over and use it also which is always welcome. If you've thinking about one, these are a quality build, easy to operate and work better than I expected. No complaints from us. Good Job !!

The infra-red Innerlight sauna quickly became a comfort zone. A place for quiet relaxation whilst filling my being with warmth where it's needed - deep into those arthritic areas. We are delighted with our Bella 5 person infra-red sauna. Beautifully constructed and heats very quickly. Cedar smells wonderful. Ours was installed on the top of the roof of a 5 story building without a lift so we decided to use a crane. The crane operators were fantastic, safe and quick - about 2 hours all up despite a difficult footing. And then construction took about 2 hours. We then got our trusted electrician to hardwire it in. All working perfectly. Thank you Innerlight Sauna!

Confirm the circuit with your electrician before any work starts. Connecting the heater usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. The optional Harvia Fenix Wi-Fi controller adds a control panel, sensors and extra wiring, usually a few hours.

Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, metro or regional. Our installers bring it, or our freight partner delivers it and unloads the cartons from the truck. Your deposit secures the earliest available unit; the shipments panel at the top of the page shows what's in stock and what's arriving. We keep you updated on progress and let you know before it's on its way.
Yes. If you cancel before your sauna is dispatched, we refund your deposit in full. The balance is due before it leaves our warehouse.
If it's not right for you, return it to our warehouse within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the sauna price. It must be undamaged and working. You arrange the return, and installation isn't refundable. Guarantee terms

Wipe the benches with a damp cloth after each session. A light sand brings the cedar back to new. Microfibre for the aluminium and glass.
