Our outdoor saunas are designed to be easy to assemble.

Each sauna comes with a comprehensive assembly manual and instructional videos to guide you through the process.

While professional installation is optional but not essential, we recommend having at least 2-3 people available to assist with the assembly.

For our 5-6 person outdoor saunas, due to their larger size and weight, we recommend having 4 people available to help ensure a smooth and efficient assembly process.

Having additional hands can make it easier to handle, ensuring a safe and hassle-free assembly experience.

Rest assured, our assembly instructions are user-friendly, and with a little teamwork, you'll have your sauna set up and ready to enjoy in no time..It should take between 45 -90 minutes.

Our Sauna frame is designed for outdoor use. It can withstand rain and outdoor weather conditions, however, we still recommend the frame to be covered to protect it further from the elements.

Although our Saunas only take about an hour to assemble, you can take the hassle out of trying to assemble it your self, as we offer our installation service on all of our saunas to most of Australia.

Cleaning and maintaining your Innerlight infrared sauna is a breeze, thanks to its minimal upkeep requirements and durable construction.

1. Use towels on all seating areas for added protection: To prevent sweat from directly contacting the bench and floor, we recommend using towels or mats. This helps to absorb excess moisture and keep the sauna clean.
   
2. Manage excess moisture: If you notice any excess perspiration after a session, simply wipe it off with a damp towel.
   
3. If you feel the need to clean your sauna's surfaces, use a moist towel to wipe down the interior and exterior. Avoid spraying water or cleaning solutions directly onto the heater panels or any electrical components.
   
4. To keep your sauna free from dust or debris, you can use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to gently remove any particles. Be cautious around the heater panels and ensure the sauna is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
   
5. Handling perspiration stains: Over time, perspiration stains may appear on the wood surfaces. However, these stains do not affect the performance of your sauna. If you wish to remove them for aesthetic reasons, you can lightly sand the affected areas to restore the wood's original appearance.
   
6. To clean the exterior surface we recommend to wipe it down with a damp microfiber cloth

Delivery

We are able to offer free delivery and installation in Greater Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. For other areas we have heavily subsidised the delivery cost for you to make it as affordable as possible.

We also offer free pick up from our Sydney warehouse in case you would like to pick up the sauna yourself.

To help alleviate the expense, we have subsidised a significant portion of the courier's delivery cost. This allows us to offer you a more reasonable shipping fee, making it more accessible for you to receive your items conveniently and securely.

Our delivery rates can be found at the checkout or contact us to find the most suitable method for delivery and or installation to your area.

Prepare for your Delivery

Before your Innerlight Sauna is delivered, it's important to make sure that you have measured the space where you plan to set it up, and that the necessary electrical requirements are in place.

The floor must be a hard flat surface.

Our 3 and 5 person saunas require a 20amp powerpoint. The 6 Person Saunas need to be hardwired by an electrician.

Installation

Your sauna will be delivered in flat packs, which will require at least two people to unpack all the panels. For larger units, you may need more than two people to help with the unpacking. If you don't have a safe, dry storage location, it's important to make sure you have a designated area ready to store the panels until you're ready to assemble the sauna.

Your sauna may be delivered by one driver. The driver is only able to deliver the goods to your door.

Due to the size and weight of the items, you will need to provide assistance on your end with carrying items inside. Please check the size and weight of the items you will be receiving to calculate how many people will be required. You may require as many as 2 to 4 people who can assist with lifting the cartons and assembling the product. If you don't have anyone to assist you please contact us and we will see if we can find someone for you in your area.

Pick up from our warehouse

If you prefer, you can also arrange to collect your sauna from our Sydney warehouse. However, it's important to note that pick up is strictly by appointment only. Please contact our customer service team to make arrangements for pick up.

A traditional sauna uses a stove and hot rocks to heat the air inside the sauna cabin. Water can be poured onto the rocks to create steam, which produces very high temperatures (80–100 °C) and a hot, humid atmosphere. This type of sauna provides the classic sauna experience but can feel intense for some users.

An infrared sauna, by contrast, uses infrared heaters that warm the body directly rather than heating the surrounding air. Temperatures are lower (typically 45–65 °C), creating a gentler, more comfortable heat that is easier to tolerate while still offering benefits such as relaxation, detoxification, muscle recovery, improved circulation, and stress relief.

We currently offer 6 - 12 monthly payments up to $10,000 with Zip pay which can be found at the checkout.
If you are not a Zip member, it only takes a few minutes to sign up for interest free payments.

For any orders over $10,000 please contact us. If you are looking for longer than 6 monthly payment terms, we can also arrange that for you, so please phone or email us with your requirements.

Outdoor Sauna Warranty

For our Outdoor Saunas use we offer a 5-year warranty on all heaters, frame and components.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur within the warranty period.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage misuse, unauthorised repairs, modifications or wear and tear.

The warranty includes the cost of labour for 12 months.

We can provide a sauna cover.

Labour Warranty:

In addition to the warranty on heaters, we provide a 12-month warranty on the cost of labour.

This means that if you experience any issues related to the installation or functionality of your sauna within the first year of purchase, we will cover the cost of labour for repairs or provide the manufacturers replacement instructions for parts which may be easy deemed to replace.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

In the event that a warranty claim is required, kindly provide the proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue you are facing.

Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty process and assist you in resolving any concerns.

Please note that the warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

It covers residential use of the sauna and does not extend to saunas used for commercial or rental purposes.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from improper installation, accidents, or misuse. It is essential to follow the recommended operating and maintenance instructions provided with your sauna to ensure its optimal performance and longevity.

Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of our saunas, and we strive to exceed your expectations in every aspect of your ownership experience.

To get the most out of your sauna sessions, it is recommended to wear minimal clothing to allow the heat to directly penetrate your body.

If you prefer to wear clothes, opt for lightweight and breathable garments made of natural fibres like cotton.

Avoid synthetic materials that can trap sweat and hinder proper airflow.

Bringing a towel to sit on and another one for drying off post-session is a good practice as the towel you using for sitting on will most likely be dripping in sweat by the end of your session.
