Can an indoor sauna go outside?

No. The Mali and Twin Seat are made for a dry space indoors: a garage, home gym or spare room. For the garden, see our outdoor saunas, built to live outside all year.

What power do I need?

The Mali 2 plugs into a standard 10 A power point. The Mali 3 needs a dedicated 15 A power point, and the Mali 4 and Twin Seat a dedicated 20 A power point, installed by a licensed electrician before delivery. Always confirm with your electrician before any work starts.

What floor does it need?

Any level, solid floor: concrete, tiles, timber or a garage slab. It can sit close to a wall.

How hot does it get?

The Mali range reaches up to 65°C and the Twin Seat up to 70°C. Infrared feels gentler than a traditional sauna, so sessions run up to 45 minutes.

Is delivery free, and who installs it?

Delivery is free anywhere in Australia. Put it together yourself with the manual, or add our installation for $500. Electrical work isn't included.

What does the warranty cover?

Ten years on the frame, heaters and electrics, for home use. Labour and shipping are covered for the first year, then parts only. Full warranty terms

How does the 100-day guarantee work?

If it's not right for you, return it to our warehouse within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the sauna price. It must be undamaged and working. You arrange the return, and installation isn't refundable. Guarantee terms

How does the deposit work?

Reserve with a deposit to secure the earliest available unit. It's fully refundable if you cancel before dispatch, and the balance is due before your sauna leaves our warehouse.
