We couldn’t be happier with our Inner Light Sauna! Not only is it incredibly stylish and beautifully designed, but the quality is exceptional. It has completely elevated our outdoor area and is always one of the first things people comment on when they visit. We constantly receive compliments on how stunning it looks. When we first started looking for a sauna, we were honestly overwhelmed by the number of companies and options available. We spent a long time researching before making our decision, and choosing the Inner Light Bella 5 was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the customer service has been just as impressive. From our initial enquiries right through to delivery and after-sales support, the team has been knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. If you’re considering a sauna, I can confidently say that Inner Light offers the perfect combination of premium quality, beautiful design and customer service that is becoming increasingly rare to find. We absolutely love ours and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Communication has been clear right from the very start, and we have been loving the sauna experience. After a few months of having it - the door seal started coming away and the door dropped slightly; I called the team and they were fantastic in guiding me on what to do. Very helpful and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending Innerlight Saunas. We’ve used ours nearly every day, and I’ve never seen my adult kids visit so often, though I do wish they’d bring their own towels! We absolutely love it. I was nervous about buying something so expensive online without seeing it in person, especially after looking at another brand that turned out to be much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The Innerlight sauna is exactly as spacious as it looks on the website.

So happy with our outdoor 4 person sauna from Innerlight saunas. Mark and his team were exceptional to deal with. No question was a bother and they kept us up to date with the delivery schedule all along the way. The installation team were fantastic, arrived on time and the sauna was operational in no time. It heats up within 10 minutes and is just as good as the clear light saunas I’ve been using at my local health club. I did a lot of research before my purchase and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Innerlight Looking forward to many years of use ahead. Thanks for everything Mark, Chloe and the team .

What a great experience dealing with Inner Light Saunas. From start to finish the process was seamless, very nice people to guide you through from the after sales process to install. And for installation I can’t recommend Darsey and James high enough. My site was tight to get the 5 person panels in and they will some help from my son in laws made it happen. Very quick install, very professional and good eye for detail. These two guys are the best. Best investment I’ve ever made. I purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. The sauna is absolutely amazing, it looks beautiful both outside and in. The most significant aspect of my purchase is how much it helps lower my chronic pain and it doesn’t hurt that my skin is glowing. I love infrared heat as the ambient temperature is much more comfortable than a traditional sauna. The blue tooth speakers ( great quality) and 8 chromotherapy lights add an extra layer or relaxation- plus it has red light heat panels on the door. It also has a timer and will automatically turn itself off I can still easily read in the sauna light or simply stretch and do exercises or just sit and relax to the music. I’ve used it twice a day for 30 minutes since it’s arrived and I’m feeling great. I was very hesitant to purchase online from Sydney especially when I live In Melbourne. However they had great reviews and amazing prices. I could not find an outdoor Sauna at a better price. The quality of the wood and the workmanship is excellent. I spoke with Chloe who was very helpful in answering all my questions and discussed delivery and installation and I went ahead and purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. Great communication from both Mark and Chloe who followed up to make sure the delivery ran smoothly. It was delivered and assembled just a few weeks after purchase. I got it on the Black Friday Sales. I highly recommend purchasing

I have used infra red saunas for a few years now but always at a health centre or a friend’s house. I always feel amazing afterwards so decided it was time to invest. After a fair bit of research I took the plunge and went with the Innerlight 2 person sauna. I have never written a review for any product in my life but the service, communication and the friendliness of the installers not to mention the quality of the sauna left me wanting to write this post. The sauna is solid, by this I mean when you go to open the door you can feel the weight of it and it smoothly glides open on the hinges. When you step in there is no creaking of the timber as the sauna takes your weight. The craftsmanship is excellent. I have been in others where the door feels flimsy and the whole sauna squeaks as you step in and sit down. It heated quickly, I kept it at 65C for 35 minutes and was absolutely drenched. The Bluetooth paired seamlessly with my iPhone. I don’t want to go on and on as this will end up sounding like a fake review but the sauna and the buying experience have exceeded my expectations. The sauna was delivered and installed inside a week from purchase. Thank you to Mark and the team and a special shout out to the installers who arrived at exactly the time promised, they were so polite and tidied up all the packaging and made sure everything was working properly. 10/10 guys. We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work. Strongly recommend that you get the team to install it as some of the components are really bulky and heavy - which also reinforces the quality and durability. It took them about 2 hours and it needs 2-3 people to lift and position it safely. Great guys. Polite and hard working. The Sauna itself is such a cool unit. The dark grey colour just oozes class and we love how quickly it heats up (around 20 minutes) and the quality of it inside. From the smell of cedar and the really well put together glass and wooden panels, the sound and light systems - all first class. A bit clunky on the App but even seniors like us figured it out and Faraz set us up when he was here. It’s a lot of money but we are so glad we did our research and landed on Innerlight. We could have gone cheaper but we are glad we went the extra step and got the 3 person. It feels luxurious and spacious. We are using it every day and it’s easy to explain to there who also are dead impressed!! Thanks everyone at Innerlight.

We purchased the Innerlight 2 Person Full Spectrum Sauna back in May of this year. The Customer Service we have received from Mark has been nothing but exceptional. The Sauna has become part of our daily routine and many health benefits have been evident. An early morning Sauna before work sets us up for the day or the afternoon/evening option relaxes us, ensuring a restful sleep. Having music options is a great feature. Got the 2 person full spectrum infrared and couldn't be happier. I'm a taller and bigger dude and have no problems with size etc. My wife and I use it daily between us (alternate days) and it's easy to operate and works so well. After playing with different temps and times we have landed on 65° for half an hour and it's a treat. I had hesitations about keeping it clean but sit on a towel and one at your feet and it's no problem at all. Family come over and use it also which is always welcome. If you've thinking about one, these are a quality build, easy to operate and work better than I expected. No complaints from us. Good Job !!

The infra-red Innerlight sauna quickly became a comfort zone. A place for quiet relaxation whilst filling my being with warmth where it's needed - deep into those arthritic areas. The 2 person sauna is perfect for one, or maybe this octogenarian just simply wants it for herself.... The unit itself is sturdy, beautifully crafted and fitted out. There's nothing to not love about this Innerlight product.

We are delighted with our Bella 5 person infra-red sauna. Beautifully constructed and heats very quickly. Cedar smells wonderful. Ours was installed on the top of the roof of a 5 story building without a lift so we decided to use a crane. The crane operators were fantastic, safe and quick - about 2 hours all up despite a difficult footing. And then construction took about 2 hours. We then got our trusted electrician to hardwire it in. All working perfectly. Thank you Innerlight Sauna!

I couldn't recommend Inner Light Sauna more highly. From the very beginning, the quality of the products and the information available gave me confidence, but what really stood out was the customer service. Mark went above and beyond to answer my questions, was incredibly responsive, and made the whole purchasing process feel easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and I genuinely felt looked after. It's becoming increasingly rare to experience customer service like this, and it made all the difference. Thanks Mark and the whole team, can't wait for my order to arrive!

Questions
Everything people ask us.
Can't see yours? Call anytime, 7 days a week, and a real person answers.
Call 1300 011 230Can it go outside?
No. The Twin Seat is an indoor sauna: a garage, home gym, spare room or any dry space with a level floor. For the garden, see our outdoor range, built to live outside all year round.
What power do I need?
A dedicated 20 A power point, installed by a licensed electrician before delivery. The 11 heaters use 4,000 W at full power. Always confirm with your electrician before any work starts.
How hot does it get?
Up to about 70°C, warming in about 25 minutes. Infrared warms you directly rather than just the air, so it feels deep without being harsh.
How long is a session?
Up to 45 minutes. Infrared heat is gentler than a traditional sauna, so sessions run longer. Drink water before and after, and step out if you feel uncomfortable.
Is the EMF low?
Yes. The mica heaters are low-EMF, tested below 1 mG.
Where can it go?
Any level, solid floor indoors: tiles, timber, concrete or carpet with a board underneath. It can sit close to a wall. Allow a little clearance above for assembly, and check the doorways on the way in.
What is the red light panel?
An optional red light therapy panel you can add to your order and use during your session. Call us and we'll talk you through which setup suits your sauna.
What does the $500 installation include?
Our team assembles the sauna in the room you choose. Electrical work isn't included: a licensed electrician installs the 20 A power point before delivery. Installation is optional; two people can assemble it using the manual.
When will it arrive, and is delivery free?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, metro or regional. It arrives flat-packed in three cartons. Your deposit secures the earliest available unit; the shipments panel at the top of the page shows what's in stock and what's arriving. We keep you updated on progress and let you know before it's on its way.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If you cancel before your sauna is dispatched, we refund your deposit in full. The balance is due before it leaves our warehouse.
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
If it's not right for you, return it to our warehouse within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the sauna price. It must be undamaged and working. You arrange the return, and installation isn't refundable. Guarantee terms
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on the frame, heaters and electrics, for home use. Labour and shipping are covered for the first year, then parts only. Full warranty terms
How do I keep it looking new?
Wipe the bench with a damp cloth after each session. A light sand brings the hemlock back to new. Microfibre for the glass.
