Health Benefits

🌿 Health Benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy

An infrared sauna is one of the few wellness experiences that feels both relaxing and rewarding. Gentle infrared heat warms the body from within, helping you unwind, recharge, and make time for your wellbeing. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat provides a comfortable sauna experience at lower temperatures, making it easy to enjoy regular sessions as part of your daily routine.

✨ Supports Muscle Recovery & Relaxation

Infrared heat gently penetrates muscles and joints, helping ease everyday tension and post-workout soreness. Whether you've been training hard or simply had a long day, regular sauna sessions can help you relax, recover, and feel refreshed.

💧 Promotes Healthy Circulation

As your body warms, circulation naturally increases, helping deliver oxygen throughout the body while encouraging a deep, comfortable sweat. Many people incorporate infrared sauna sessions into their wellness routine to help them feel revitalized after each use.

🌸 Supports Healthy-Looking Skin

Improved circulation and regular sauna use can leave your skin looking refreshed and radiant. Many users notice cleaner-looking skin and a healthy post-sauna glow after consistent use.

🌙 Helps Reduce Stress & Improve Sleep

The gentle warmth of infrared heat helps your body relax while encouraging a sense of calm and wellbeing. Many users find that evening sauna sessions help them unwind and support a more restful night's sleep.

🛡️ Ultra-Low EMF MICA Heating Technology

Every Innerlight Sauna is equipped with premium MICA far infrared heaters that deliver fast, even heat throughout the cabin while maintaining ultra-low EMF levels of less than 1 mG. The result is a comfortable, consistent sauna experience designed for everyday use.

What’s Not Covered

🚫 Silicone Maintenance (Outdoor Models)

Owners are responsible for maintaining external silicone seals around windows and doors.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the integrity of the silicone every 12–18 months and reapply outdoor-grade silicone if required.

Failure to maintain these seals may lead to water ingress, which is not covered under warranty.

Water Damage & Drainage

Damage caused by standing water, flooding, poor site drainage, or blocked drains is not covered.

All saunas must be installed on a hard, level, well-drained surface to avoid water ingress or pooling underneath.

The sauna floor and base are designed to handle normal humidity and light splashing but are not waterproof.

Any damage caused by flooding, inadequate drainage, or improper installation is considered site-related and not a manufacturing defect.

General Wear & Tear

Natural aging, fading, or weathering of timber and finishes caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, or temperature variations.

Misuse or Neglect

Damage resulting from improper installation, electrical overloading, water exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.

Accidental Damage

Cracked glass, dents, or impact damage from misuse.

Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications

Any work or alteration carried out by non-approved technicians will void the warranty.

For small fixes like replacing a heater panel, tightening fittings, or adjusting handles, we provide:

  • All required replacement parts
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Support videos or live assistance

If it does start to get a bit yellow, you can give the timber s light sand down. That will always bring it back to new condition.
To clean the outside of the sauna you can use a damp microfibre cloth for the aluminium frame as well as on the glass doors and windows too.

What surface should the sauna sit on?

The sauna should always sit on a hard level surface.
