Innerlight Sauna EMF Reading
Innerlight Sauna EMF Reading
Recent in-sauna EMF testing was conducted using a calibrated EMF meter inside a fully heated InnerLight Sauna. Measurements were taken across all seating areas, wall surfaces, and heater zones while the sauna was operating at maximum temperature.
The readings consistently fluctuated between 0.1 milligauss (mG) and 0.8 milligauss (mG) — levels considered extremely low and well below commonly accepted safety guidelines for residential wellness appliances.
These results confirm that InnerLight Saunas maintain very low-EMF performance throughout the entire cabin, even under full operating conditions.
Test Procedure:
• Measurement device: EMF gaussmeter (calibrated; sensitivity in milligauss range)
• Operating condition: Sauna preheated to full setpoint; all heaters energised
• Measurement grid: Multi-point sampling across seat level, backrest zone, heater surfaces, lower bench, upper corners, and door area
• Sampling method: Static point measurement with 3–5 second stabilisation per location
Results Summary:
• Recorded magnetic field values fluctuated within the range of 0.1 mG to 0.8 mG throughout the entire cabin.
• No hotspots above 1.0 mG were observed during continuous operation.
• EMF levels remained stable and low regardless of distance from mica heating elements.
• Measured values fall well below internationally referenced low-EMF guidelines for residential wellness equipment.
Conclusion:
All measured points inside the InnerLight sauna exhibited very low magnetic field emissions, confirming that InnerLight infrared systems operate with consistently low EMF output under maximum thermal and electrical load. This validates InnerLight’s low-EMF design approach and supports compliance with modern expectations for safe magnetic field exposure in consumer wellness products.
