Took a while to get it but we expected that. Was kept u to date regularly and very helpful when we followed up. When it arrived in the country very quick and installed really well. The quality is high, very manual but easy to use!! Heats up quick too.

Some feedback for your business as requested. As you are aware I purchased the sauna in Nov25 and still don’t have it to enjoy, so I can’t comment on that. It is now April 26 and unfortunately I still don’t have it to enjoy.

communication is poor, particularly with me constantly following up asking questions of when can I expect to receive my sauna. Paying all the money upfront, and now being strung along to keep a sale because you have no stock.
There is a lack of problem solving. I paid extra to have it professionally installed by inner light, and they smashed the glass panels when installing. If you had no immediate replacement stock, offer an alternative sauna or a refund until new stock arrives.
Installation: an additional $750 for professional installation. When the sauna did arrive they smashed the glass door when installing. Not much more to comment here.
Innerlight have now arranged an arranged a replacement after me pestering for an update. I still don’t have a sauna. I was issued a link for a new one that was supposed to be delivered last week, and it still hasn’t arrived. I called up the freight company, and they said they haven’t even collected it.
This isn’t the cheapest sauna on the market but I’m regretting my decision particularly when it comes to customer service. I have been more than understanding. I have requested a full refund and want this to be made immediately. I’m not waiting any longer.

Arrived with a few issues, poor silicon work and damage to outter frame. These were promptly attended to by Innerlight and repaired to our satisfaction. The installing went smoothly and the instakker himself James was wonderful.
Had a couple of issues since which are also being attended too this week be James.
All in All pretty pleased with our purchase and decision to use Innerlight.

Although there was a long wait on the delivery of the sauna, the installation and experience have been excellent, the sauna looks fantastic, and I am really happy
I do like the wooden sauna back rests, the curve fits your back well, i thought they possibly could have non slip rubber footings & include a coat of natural oil on the timber…
The stand for the panel is great for relocating and repositioning .
We have been enjoying improved sleep patterns by using the panel of an evening before bedtime and assistance with back and knee injuries.
Hopefully there will also be long-term benefits.

I have been wanting a sauna for ever and finally got enough space outside for one - I had been researching a number of saunas before settling on this one - mainly the aesthetic look tipped me to Inner Light. I absolutely love the sauna… it’s my favourite purchase. The only slight feedback I would have is the quality of the finish on the outside - for example the silicone has a rushed messy finished but thats nitpicking.

We ordered a custom made Innerlight Sauna and they are exceptional! We use the saunas at our local Gym but this is an upgrade from the standard.

I absolutely love my outdoor sauna. It heats fast and is big enough to lay down in. I need to mention the customer service. It’s 10/10 and the best I have experienced in years which is so refreshing.
Nearly 2 months post installation, sauna has exceeded expectations.
It generates more heat and quicker than my prior experience of infrareds. Even though this is an outdoor one. Our adult kids also all enjoy. Totally genuine and we are very happy.

To be frank, I was worried initially that this could have been a scam, despite a bit of phone contact, particularly after the first payment. But all good! Totally genuine and we are very happy.

The two installers I had in Darsey and James were fantastic, great customer service and they know what they are doing, had the 5 person unit installed in around an hour. Again I think you can’t fault these guys.
