We couldn’t be happier with our Inner Light Sauna! Not only is it incredibly stylish and beautifully designed, but the quality is exceptional. It has completely elevated our outdoor area and is always one of the first things people comment on when they visit. We constantly receive compliments on how stunning it looks. When we first started looking for a sauna, we were honestly overwhelmed by the number of companies and options available. We spent a long time researching before making our decision, and choosing the Inner Light Bella 5 was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the customer service has been just as impressive. From our initial enquiries right through to delivery and after-sales support, the team has been knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. If you’re considering a sauna, I can confidently say that Inner Light offers the perfect combination of premium quality, beautiful design and customer service that is becoming increasingly rare to find. We absolutely love ours and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Excellent sauna. Great customer service and the quality of the sauna itself is incredible. I use it daily after dinner, and I'm addicted. It has helped with sleep, exercise recovery and stress.

Hi when they say the best sauna’s are inner light they are not joking. Had a few start up hiccups but nothing the customer care team couldn’t overcome. From ordering to delivery nothing but smooth sailing. Recommend letting their team put it together so professionally . So highly recommend the 4 person Le mar and the inner light team , and note a well built unit Cheers Noel

Communication has been clear right from the very start, and we have been loving the sauna experience. After a few months of having it - the door seal started coming away and the door dropped slightly; I called the team and they were fantastic in guiding me on what to do. Very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend Inner Light Sauna.
Sonia Rigoll
So glad that I got my Innerlight. Absolutely love it. It's great to come home after a hard day's work and totally unwind with a sauna session. The quality is excellent and having the speakers playing my favourite tunes makes even better. Love it.

Absolutely love our sauna … such a lovely sauna and so easy to use .. Innerlight have been a wonderful company to work with ..

I have no hesitation in recommending Innerlight Saunas. We’ve used ours nearly every day, and I’ve never seen my adult kids visit so often, though I do wish they’d bring their own towels! We absolutely love it. I was nervous about buying something so expensive online without seeing it in person, especially after looking at another brand that turned out to be much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The Innerlight sauna is exactly as spacious as it looks on the website.

Bought a 2 person outside sauna in April, have used it many times since it arrived and absolutely love it! Chloe, Wayne and the team were wonderful to deal with and were very accommodating with our requests. We highly recommend Innerlight Saunas if you are considering getting one, these guys are the ones to go with! Thanks again.

So happy with our outdoor 4 person sauna from Innerlight saunas. Mark and his team were exceptional to deal with. No question was a bother and they kept us up to date with the delivery schedule all along the way. The installation team were fantastic, arrived on time and the sauna was operational in no time. It heats up within 10 minutes and is just as good as the clear light saunas I’ve been using at my local health club. I did a lot of research before my purchase and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Innerlight Looking forward to many years of use ahead. Thanks for everything Mark, Chloe and the team .

Just want to throw a shout out to the installers of my new sauna James and Mitch from Innerlight. The boys were friendly, punctual and super professional. Just an absolute pleasure to have at the house, really skilled bunch of guys. The sauna is working perfectly and couldn't be happier with it.

What a great experience dealing with Inner Light Saunas. From start to finish the process was seamless, very nice people to guide you through from the after sales process to install. And for installation I can’t recommend Darsey and James high enough. My site was tight to get the 5 person panels in and they will some help from my son in laws made it happen. Very quick install, very professional and good eye for detail. These two guys are the best. Also had a great electrician do the hard wiring so if you need an electrician let me know as happy to pass on his details
Scott Bayliss
So happy with the service and communication, such a great experience all round. Very impressed with quality of this product.

Best investment I’ve ever made. I purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. The sauna is absolutely amazing, it looks beautiful both outside and in. The most significant aspect of my purchase is how much it helps lower my chronic pain and it doesn’t hurt that my skin is glowing. I love infrared heat as the ambient temperature is much more comfortable than a traditional sauna. The blue tooth speakers ( great quality) and 8 chromotherapy lights add an extra layer or relaxation- plus it has red light heat panels on the door. It also has a timer and will automatically turn itself off I can still easily read in the sauna light or simply stretch and do exercises or just sit and relax to the music. I’ve used it twice a day for 30 minutes since it’s arrived and I’m feeling great. I was very hesitant to purchase online from Sydney especially when I live In Melbourne. However they had great reviews and amazing prices. I could not find an outdoor Sauna at a better price. The quality of the wood and the workmanship is excellent. I spoke with Chloe who was very helpful in answering all my questions and discussed delivery and installation and I went ahead and purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. Great communication from both Mark and Chloe who followed up to make sure the delivery ran smoothly. It was delivered and assembled just a few weeks after purchase. I got it on the Black Friday Sales. I highly recommend purchasing
Rhianna Amy
This sauna is the best After years of using infrared elsewhere and even investing in a pop up type, I decided to buy my own outdoor one and add it to my home hair salon as an added extra for my clients as well Inner light were amazing with their communication and answering all my questions before I bought and the install process was done within a week of purchasing I am personally loving the sauna and enjoyed it every 2 days and already feeling the benefits Thank you

We were looking for an outdoor sauna for a new pool area. We found Inner Light Saunas to be very accommodating and informative in their explanations of what options are available. They were easy to work with, very communicative and gave us expert treatment. We chose the 2 person option, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Innerlight Saunas are by far the best organisation to purchase a quality product with all the health benefits! After completing a lot of research on saunas - I found Mark and his team to provide exceptional customer service and Mark was more than accomodating in answering all of our questions. Combined we have had a spinal fusion had a knee replacement and after one week of use - we already feel the benefits. I have used infra red saunas for a few years now but always at a health centre or a friend’s house. I always feel amazing afterwards so decided it was time to invest. After a fair bit of research I took the plunge and went with the Innerlight 2 person sauna. I have never written a review for any product in my life but the service, communication and the friendliness of the installers not to mention the quality of the sauna left me wanting to write this post. The sauna is solid, by this I mean when you go to open the door you can feel the weight of it and it smoothly glides open on the hinges. When you step in there is no creaking of the timber as the sauna takes your weight. The craftsmanship is excellent. I have been in others where the door feels flimsy and the whole sauna squeaks as you step in and sit down. It heated quickly, I kept it at 65C for 35 minutes and was absolutely drenched. The Bluetooth paired seamlessly with my iPhone. I don’t want to go on and on as this will end up sounding like a fake review but the sauna and the buying experience have exceeded my expectations. The sauna was delivered and installed inside a week from purchase. Thank you to Mark and the team and a special shout out to the installers who arrived at exactly the time promised, they were so polite and tidied up all the packaging and made sure everything was working properly. 10/10 guys. Thanks
Nick Corkill

The Innerlight Demfin Traditional Outdoor Sauna has honestly exceeded every expectation. The build quality feels solid, the heat is consistent, and the whole setup has this really calming, almost retreat-like vibe. The team at Innerlight were incredible to deal with – super helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely seemed to care that everything went smoothly. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but once it arrived and I stepped inside for the first time, I knew it was absolutely worth the wait. The craftsmanship and the overall finish make it feel like something you’d find at a high-end spa. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I purchased the 5 Person Outdoor Bella Sauna back in May and its been truly amazing ! Its huge...totally waterproof , heats up quickly and is very spacious. My clients use it also and everyone loves it ! I would highly recommend the company and the sauna itself is the best one Ive used outdoors with Infrared light . Its looks great too and has good quality wood , heaters and craftmanship compared to many Ive seen. Up there with Clearlight and Sunlighten for quality, plus cheaper so better value for money all round !

Chloe was stupendous in getting the 2 person full spectrum IR sauna delivered and installed. Customer service is above and beyond. Nothing is too hard and very pleasant dealing. We have been enjoying the sauna 4 times weekly and feeling the health benefits. Save yourself the time and go for quality with value for money equipment + installation with InnerLight Sauna. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our sauna and the outstanding service we received from Innerlight Saunas! While we initially encountered a faulty unit, Mark went above and beyond to rectify the issues immediately. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional, making the entire experience stress-free. Since using the sauna, we've already seen a positive impact on our health and well-being. The sauna quality is on-par to those I’ve paid a premium for at wellness studios with that added benefit of complete comfort and privacy. I would absolutely recommend Mark and the team at Innerlight Saunas to anyone in the market for a sauna!

We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work. Strongly recommend that you get the team to install it as some of the components are really bulky and heavy - which also reinforces the quality and durability. It took them about 2 hours and it needs 2-3 people to lift and position it safely. Great guys. Polite and hard working. The Sauna itself is such a cool unit. The dark grey colour just oozes class and we love how quickly it heats up (around 20 minutes) and the quality of it inside. From the smell of cedar and the really well put together glass and wooden panels, the sound and light systems - all first class. A bit clunky on the App but even seniors like us figured it out and Faraz set us up when he was here. It’s a lot of money but we are so glad we did our research and landed on Innerlight. We could have gone cheaper but we are glad we went the extra step and got the 3 person. It feels luxurious and spacious. We are using it every day and it’s easy to explain to there who also are dead impressed!! Thanks everyone at Innerlight.
Phil Martin

Our new Sauna is wonderful. It is well built and works as described and is already making a difference to our health. Innerlight offer value for money for a fraction of the price of their competitors. The service from Mark and Innerlight was superb, nothing was too much trouble. Darcy and James did a fabulous job under difficult circumstances…Three levels up in a cherry picker to assemble the spa on the roof deck. All done before lunchtime. It’s rare these days to have such a nice and talented installation crew who really understands the product from the users perspective. Thanks guys!

We purchased the Innerlight 2 Person Full Spectrum Sauna back in May of this year. The Customer Service we have received from Mark has been nothing but exceptional. The Sauna has become part of our daily routine and many health benefits have been evident. An early morning Sauna before work sets us up for the day or the afternoon/evening option relaxes us, ensuring a restful sleep. Having music options is a great feature. Nothing better than listening to Triple M’s almost acoustic Sunday while relaxing in the Sauna. It transports you right to a Sunday Sesh in a Balmy Beer Garden. Thanks again Mark and Innerlight. A quality product with outstanding Customer Service to match.
Trudi Campbell
We are so impressed with our 2 person outdoor infrared sauna and could not be happier. The overall feeling when you get out is just amazing, it’s hard to explain. Our skin is feeling better and overall health and wellbeing has improved. We use it if not every day, every second and having it in our backyard is incredible. It looks so beautiful too and makes our courtyard like a private health spa. Mark and Chloe were wonderful to deal with and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of Innerlight.

Got the 2 person full spectrum infrared and couldn't be happier. I'm a taller and bigger dude and have no problems with size etc. My wife and I use it daily between us (alternate days) and it's easy to operate and works so well. After playing with different temps and times we have landed on 65° for half an hour and it's a treat. I had hesitations about keeping it clean but sit on a towel and one at your feet and it's no problem at all. Family come over and use it also which is always welcome. If you've thinking about one, these are a quality build, easy to operate and work better than I expected. No complaints from us. Good Job !!

The infra-red Innerlight sauna quickly became a comfort zone. A place for quiet relaxation whilst filling my being with warmth where it's needed - deep into those arthritic areas. The 2 person sauna is perfect for one, or maybe this octogenarian just simply wants it for herself.... The unit itself is sturdy, beautifully crafted and fitted out. There's nothing to not love about this Innerlight product.

The quality of the saunas is absolutely amazing inside and out. As was the service! The sauna heats up so fast and looks fabulous in my space. I was looked after like family. InnerLight Sauna is the first class of saunas. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service, communication. Explained the process of use, took all the cartons away. Highly recommend.

We are delighted with our Bella 5 person infra-red sauna. Beautifully constructed and heats very quickly. Cedar smells wonderful. Ours was installed on the top of the roof of a 5 story building without a lift so we decided to use a crane. The crane operators were fantastic, safe and quick - about 2 hours all up despite a difficult footing. And then construction took about 2 hours. We then got our trusted electrician to hardwire it in. All working perfectly. Thank you Innerlight Sauna!

I couldn't recommend Inner Light Sauna more highly. From the very beginning, the quality of the products and the information available gave me confidence, but what really stood out was the customer service. Mark went above and beyond to answer my questions, was incredibly responsive, and made the whole purchasing process feel easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and I genuinely felt looked after. It's becoming increasingly rare to experience customer service like this, and it made all the difference. Thanks Mark and the whole team, can't wait for my order to arrive!
