Yes, Melbourne residents can visit our nearest showroom at 111 Cranbourne Road (Cnr of Moorooduc Hwy), Frankston VIC 3199. We're open daily from 9:30 AM to 5 PM on Mon-Fri and 10 PM to 4 PM on Sat-Sun, and you can book a visit to compare all models in person.

We offer optional professional installation through our network of local installers. Otherwise, our saunas are easy to self-assemble, and we recommend arranging a 15A or 20A dedicated power outlet by a licensed electrician before delivery.

Our saunas include a 10-year warranty on the frame and electrical components (and parts) and 1 year on labor and shipping. We provide nationwide support and can help coordinate any servicing or repairs locally as needed.

Yes, our outdoor models have weather-resistant exteriors and sealed timber so they tolerate sun, rain and humidity. Just place them on a flat, well-drained base and maintain the silicone seals periodically to prevent water ingress.
