📱 How to Share Your Sauna With Family (Smart Life App Guide)

This allows multiple people to control the same sauna from their own phones — without sharing one login.


Step 1 – Download the Smartlife App

 

Each person must:

  1. Download Smart Life (iOS or Android).

  2. Create their own account using their email or mobile number.

  3. Log in.


Step 2 – Make Sure You’re in the Correct Home

On the main phone (the one that set up the sauna):

  1. Open Smart Life.

  2. Look at the top left of the screen.

  3. Confirm the correct Home is selected (e.g., “Smith Home” or “Sydney Showroom”).

⚠️ Important:
Devices are attached to whichever Home is selected when they are added.


Step 3 – Add Family Member to the Home

On the owner’s phone:

  1. Tap Me (bottom right).

  2. Tap Home Management.

  3. Select the Home that contains the sauna.

  4. Tap Add Member.

  5. Enter the email or phone number the family member used to register Smart Life.

  6. Choose permission:

    • Member (recommended) – Can control sauna.

    • Administrator – Can edit settings and add devices.

  7. Send invitation.


Step 4 – Accept the Invitation

On the family member’s phone:

  1. Open Smart Life.

  2. Accept the invitation.

  3. Go to the Home screen.

  4. Tap the Home name (top left).

  5. Select the shared Home.

The sauna will now appear and can be controlled.


If the Sauna Doesn’t Appear 

Check the following:

  • Both people are logged into Smart Life.

  • The invitation was accepted.

  • The correct Home is selected (top left).

  • Close the app completely and reopen it.


Important Wi-Fi Note

Saunas must be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup.
If pairing fails, check your router settings.
