How long should each session be?

For Infrared Sauna session start with 20 minutes, then build up to 30–40 minutes if it feels good. Consistency is key — 3 to 5 sessions a week brings the best results.
For traditional saunas usually 15 to 20 minutes is more than enough.

Just make sure not to push yourself too hard.
Make sure you're comfortable at all times. And drink plenty of water before and after each session.

Can I put your outdoor saunas indoors?

Absolutely. Our outdoors saunas can go anywhere!

What makes Innerlight Sauna different?

Our saunas are designed by us!

We have them manufactured overseas, but we work painstakingly close with our factories to ensure that every sauna we design and make are the best they can possibly be.

We won't settle for just good saunas. We want to be the best, so that you can enjoy your sauna for many years to come.

Our mission is to truly make the worlds best saunas.

What’s the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?

Traditional saunas heat the air around you; Infrared saunas heat your body directly. That means they run at a lower temperature but deliver a deeper, more comfortable sweat. You’ll feel the benefits faster and can stay in longer without feeling overwhelmed.

We offer both options and have no bias so the choice is yours.

How do I clean the sauna?

Use a soft cloth with water or natural cleaner.

The best way keep your sauna as new is to give the sweaty surfaces a wipe down with a damp cloth or towel after each session. If you miss the wipe down after your session, the next day is fine. Just try jot to let the sweat stains build up.
If it does start to get a bit yellow, you can give the timber s light sand down. That will always bring it back to new condition.
To clean the outside of the sauna you can use a damp microfibre cloth for the aluminium frame as well as on the glass doors and windows too.

What surface should the sauna sit on?

The sauna should always sit on a hard level surface.
