Best investment I’ve ever made. I purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. The sauna is absolutely amazing, it looks beautiful both outside and in. The most significant aspect of my purchase is how much it helps lower my chronic pain and it doesn’t hurt that my skin is glowing. I love infrared heat as the ambient temperature is much more comfortable than a traditional sauna. The blue tooth speakers ( great quality) and 8 chromotherapy lights add an extra layer or relaxation- plus it has red light heat panels on the door. It also has a timer and will automatically turn itself off I can still easily read in the sauna light or simply stretch and do exercises or just sit and relax to the music. I’ve used it twice a day for 30 minutes since it’s arrived and I’m feeling great. I was very hesitant to purchase online from Sydney especially when I live In Melbourne. However they had great reviews and amazing prices. I could not find an outdoor Sauna at a better price. The quality of the wood and the workmanship is excellent. I spoke with Chloe who was very helpful in answering all my questions and discussed delivery and installation and I went ahead and purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. Great communication from both Mark and Chloe who followed up to make sure the delivery ran smoothly. It was delivered and assembled just a few weeks after purchase. I got it on the Black Friday Sales. I highly recommend purchasing

Innerlight Saunas are by far the best organisation to purchase a quality product with all the health benefits! After completing a lot of research on saunas - I found Mark and his team to provide exceptional customer service and Mark was more than accomodating in answering all of our questions. Combined we have had a spinal fusion had a knee replacement and after one week of use - we already feel the benefits. We also purchased a red light therapy light - which is also excellent - creating a spa therapy environment at home! I have used infra red saunas for a few years now but always at a health centre or a friend’s house. I always feel amazing afterwards so decided it was time to invest. After a fair bit of research I took the plunge and went with the Innerlight 2 person sauna. I have never written a review for any product in my life but the service, communication and the friendliness of the installers not to mention the quality of the sauna left me wanting to write this post. The sauna is solid, by this I mean when you go to open the door you can feel the weight of it and it smoothly glides open on the hinges. When you step in there is no creaking of the timber as the sauna takes your weight. The craftsmanship is excellent. I have been in others where the door feels flimsy and the whole sauna squeaks as you step in and sit down. It heated quickly, I kept it at 65C for 35 minutes and was absolutely drenched. The Bluetooth paired seamlessly with my iPhone. I don’t want to go on and on as this will end up sounding like a fake review but the sauna and the buying experience have exceeded my expectations. The sauna was delivered and installed inside a week from purchase. Thank you to Mark and the team and a special shout out to the installers who arrived at exactly the time promised, they were so polite and tidied up all the packaging and made sure everything was working properly. 10/10 guys. We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work. Strongly recommend that you get the team to install it as some of the components are really bulky and heavy - which also reinforces the quality and durability. It took them about 2 hours and it needs 2-3 people to lift and position it safely. Great guys. Polite and hard working. The Sauna itself is such a cool unit. The dark grey colour just oozes class and we love how quickly it heats up (around 20 minutes) and the quality of it inside. From the smell of cedar and the really well put together glass and wooden panels, the sound and light systems - all first class. A bit clunky on the App but even seniors like us figured it out and Faraz set us up when he was here. It’s a lot of money but we are so glad we did our research and landed on Innerlight. We could have gone cheaper but we are glad we went the extra step and got the 3 person. It feels luxurious and spacious. We are using it every day and it’s easy to explain to there who also are dead impressed!! Thanks everyone at Innerlight.
